Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times

$30.00

Discover Ayurveda, an ancient approach to balancing your body, mind, and spirit. Originating in India more than 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda uses food, daily habits, and natural routines to promote health.

This workshop focuses on the Autumn season and looks at how to adapt to seasonal changes, manage daily stress, and use stones and crystals to balance the three Ayurvedic doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. You will also learn how to harmonize your chakras and support your well-being as part of a holistic lifestyle.

About Michelle: Michelle started learning about Ayurveda when she was 19, beginning her lifelong path of helping others with natural, holistic methods. She graduated from the California College of Ayurveda in 2011, traveled in India, and moved to Portland in 2012 to start Vibrance Ayurveda. Since then, she has worked with more than 1,500 clients, many facing chronic or complex health issues, using nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbs, and intuitive energy work to help them find lasting balance.

About Dina: Dina Handley is a yoga instructor who has led many Ayurveda workshops and is committed to helping, teaching, and inspiring others. She is also a textile artist, parent, and world traveler, and is glad to be back in Portland after 30 years. As a Brand Ambassador for natural body care and supplement companies, you might have seen Dina at New Seasons, Market of Choice, or Whole Foods.
