Past Life Regression with Carey Kaas
Past life regression is a gentle, guided process that invites you beneath the surface of your conscious mind. Through a relaxed, hypnotic state, your subconscious is given the space to bring forward memories, impressions, and experiences from other lifetimes. What emerges often carries deep meaning for the life you are living now: patterns in relationships, recurring themes, unexplained fears or gifts, a sense of purpose not yet fully realized.
This 90-minute session moves through three distinct phases: an opening to relax and orient you, the regression itself, and a closing integration to help you make sense of what arose and carry it forward. Nothing is forced. You are always safe, always in control. This work is open to all levels — including those who have never tried hypnosis or regression before. Carey will guide you every step of the way.

Carey Kaas is a psychic medium and regressionist trained in past life regression with Mayra Rath of Soul Signs Hypnosis, with an emphasis on the full arc of a session: beginning, middle, and integration. She is also trained in Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) with Candace Craw-Goldman, a deeply client-centered modality that honors the wisdom each person carries within them. Together, these approaches inform her intuitive, soul-centered style of facilitation.

How to Prepare
The most important thing you can bring is a willingness to be open. Past life regression works with the imagery and impressions your own mind offers — there is no right or wrong way to experience it. Some people receive vivid scenes; others notice feelings, colors, or fragments. All of it is valid. Before the session, eat a light meal, drink water, and avoid caffeine if possible. Arrive a few minutes early so you have time to settle in and leave the pace of the morning behind. Set an intention, even a simple one: I am open to whatever wants to be seen. Space is limited to 9 participants, which allows Carey to hold the room with care and presence for each person.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat
Light blanket
Eye mask (optional)
Journal
Water bottle
